Over the last seven years, Völklinger Hüttenjazz has become established as the forum for high quality regional jazz, and is regarded as the most successful and enduring jazz series in the Saar-Lor-Lux region.

Jazz is played in its full range, from mainstream to modern to experimental, in this unique ambience against the fantastic backdrop of the World Heritage Site Völklinger Hütte, with musical ideas and interpretations being offered and shared by the most diverse jazz ensembles ranging from trios to big bands.

“Völklinger Hüttenjazz” is organised by the World Heritage Site Völklinger Hütte and Völklingen town.
