Not just the trio’s formation is international but the musical journey that Yannick Monot an accordionist from Brittany, Helt Oncale, a fiddler of New Orleans and Biber Herrmann a guitarist form the German Rhine-Main delta undertake travels through all kinds of countries.
Their passion hereby is “Cajun”, the joyful music of the Canadian French migrants of the Louisiana swamplands. Playing traditional as well as some of their own pieces the “International Cajun Trio” combine to form a musical cocktail enriched by humorous stories and anecdotes.
